Atom Hoteles has sold the B&B Hotel Vitoria General Álava in Spain to a family office for €9.2 million.
Located at 79 Gasteiz Avenue, the hotel comprises 107 rooms over ten floors as well as five meeting rooms.
The sale of the 3-star hotel forms part of Atom's strategy to reposition its portfolio toward higher-end assets.
Following the transaction, Atom Hoteles - which is backed by Bankinter Investment and managed by GMA - retains a portfolio of 23 four and five star hotels. With this deal, it continues the roadmap begun in 2022, which has already led to nine divestments, including the recent €50 million sale of the Exe Rey Don Jaime in Valencia.
