Maybourne is set to open a palace-style hotel with 101 keys and 23 ultra-luxury branded residences in Paris.
The hotel operator which owns London hotels Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Emory and The Berkeley as well as the The Maybourne Beverly Hills in Los Angeles and The Maybourne Riviera in France will open The Maybourne Saint-Germain in the 17th-century Îlot Saint-Germain.
Located in the 7th arrondissement, the block will house The Maybourne Saint-Germain’s 50 suites and 51 rooms, 23 branded residences, six food and beverage outlets, two pools as well as a spa.
The opening, scheduled for 2027, will mark Maybourne’s first property in Paris.
