Leonardo Hotels UK and Ireland has purchased the Hotel Gotham in Manchester through the Fattal Partnership fund.
Located at 100 King Street, the hotel comprises 60 bedrooms including five inner sanctum suites, a panoramic restaurant as well as a rooftop private bar and members club.
The Hotel Gotham Manchester will join the Leonardo Limited Edition collection of hotels which includes properties such as The Dilly Hotel in London’s Piccadilly which was acquired in 2022, The Grand in Brighton which was acquired in 2023 and the Midland Hotel in Manchester which was acquired in 2018.
The acquisition - which is another step in Leonardo’s continued expansion - was made through the Fattal Partnership Fund.
