Cycas Hospitality has signed its first hotel in Luxembourg, Xnoto.
Located in Wickrange in the southwest of Luxembourg, 133-room Xnoto will be set over six floors and will comprise accommodations ranging from standard rooms to larger suites and serviced apartments with kitchenettes for longer stays.
The hotel forms part of GRIDX development, a 42,000 sqm multi-centre destination development offering a combination of experiences built around mobility, art, events, retail, food and hospitality.
It will be operated by Cycas under a management agreement with Felix Giorgetti and is scheduled to open in mid-2025.
The hotel will be Cycas’s seventh hotel in the Benelux region and follows the recent openings of Moxy Paris Clamart and DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre.
