Stoneweg has launched Stoneweg Places & Experiences, a new consumer experiences platform for cultural, leisure and entertainment experiences.
The new platform diversifies Stoneweg’s investment management footprint following the launch of Stoneweg Hospitality in 2021, and an initial €100 million of Stoneweg and client capital is being committed across seven projects in Spain, France and the US.
The platform’s first three projects - which will see Stoneweg invest an initial €20 million - are located in Spain and comprise multipurpose space Palau Martorell in Central Barcelona’s Gothico District, the America’s Cup Experience exhibition & immersive experience centre, as well as The Belbo Collection, a Mediterranean-themed casual dining concept across an initial five restaurants in Barcelona and Madrid city centre locations.
The three initial ventures are being undertaken alongside joint venture partners with strong knowledge of the local market and the specific project subsectors.
The remaining four projects are located in Paris, Miami and Barcelona.
