NUMA Group has acquired UK lifestyle aparthotel and serviced apartment brand Native Places from Native Holdings.
Headquartered in London, Native Place’s portfolio comprises 800 units, ranging from small to medium-scale serviced apartment buildings in London under the brand of The Apartment Collection to larger-scale Native Apart Hotels.
Following the addition of Native Places’ units across London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, NUMA’s portfolio will increase to over 7,300 units in Europe.
The acquisition of Native Places is part of NUMA’s growth strategy across Europe, with the company focusing on hotel and commercial properties in central locations of Europe’s major cities for conversion to digitalised hotels.
Olivia Immesi, who joined Native Places as managing director in 2021 and was appointed CEO in 2023 will maintain her leadership role.
