Dalata has completed the sale of Clayton Whites Hotel Wexford, Ireland to Neville Hotels.
In November, the hotel operator announced it had exchanged contracts for the sale of the property to Neville Hotels for €21 million, adding that the net proceeds of the sale as well as those from the sale of the Maldron Hotel Wexford would be returned to shareholders through a share buyback programme.
Located on Abbey Street, the 4-star Clayton Whites Wexford comprises 160 guestrooms and suites, a spa, dining options as well as conference facilities
Savills advised Dalata on the transaction.
