BDT & MSD Partners is set to buy two Four Seasons resort properties from Host Hotels and Resorts in a deal worth more than $1 billion, per a report by Bloomberg.
One of the properties is at Disney World in Orlando and a second hotel in Jackson Hole, the story said, adding that the Florida resort is worth $750 million.
Hospitality Investor has approached representatives for BDT & MSD and Host. Both companies declined to talk to Bloomberg.
