Nobu to open luxury hotel and residences in Manchester

Nobu Hospitality has unveiled plans for a new development in Manchester set to feature a hotel, restaurant and Nobu branded residences.

The £360 million Viadux 2 project, which will be carried out in collaboration with property developer Salboy, will introduce the Nobu Hotel Manchester.

Nobu Manchester will comprise 160 hotel rooms, event spaces, a Nobu restaurant and 452 Nobu residences, all housed within a 76-storey tower. Each of the residences will feature amenities including Nobu dining and room service, an exclusive swimming pool, spa, podium garden and gym.
