The deadline for applying for the HAMA Europe Asset Management Achievement Award is approaching with applications needed by 1 December.
The award is co-sponsored by Questex and HotStats and will be presented at the IHIF EMEA conference, held in Berlin between 23 and 25 March 2026.
The Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) Europe Award was established to recognise the key role played by hotel asset management in sustainably growing asset value and driving underlying investment returns.

Previous winners of the award include: L+R Hotels, Starwood Capital, Amaris Hospitality, The Social Hub, Henderson Park and EQ Hotels, Iconic Luxury Hotels and Pygmalion Capital.
