Accor has inked a partnership with Dangayach Group to develop two new luxury hotels in Goa, India.
Raffles Goa Shiroda, set to open by 2030, will comprise 120 luxury villas across over 27 acres. The The hotel will share a beachfront club with the 56+ acre, 400-room Fairmont Goa Shiroda which is also slated to open in 2030.
Accor says Raffles Goa Shiroda and Fairmont Goa Shiroda will include a diverse mix of restaurants, bars and lounges, multipurpose ballrooms, along with the wellness and fitness facilities.
India is set to enjoy a boom in hotel sector investment, aided by growing transparency and liquidity. And according to Lodging Economics, the country is on the path to being Asia’s biggest growth story for hospitality across 2025 and 2026. Accor currently operates more than 65 hotels in India across its brands including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and ibis Styles.
